MiraLAX Gentle Constipation Relief Laxative Powder 34 Dose, 2 ct.

Instructions

Health Concern

MiraLAX is a polyethylene glycol (PEG 3350) laxative powder made for providing gentle constipation relief. Polyethylene glycol has strong clinical evidence to improve occasional constipation. Constipation is generally considered to be fewer than three bowel movements per week. Unlike some laxatives which stimulate the nerves, MiraLAX is a non stimulant osmotic laxative, working naturally with the water in your body to hydrate, soften, and ease stool through the colon gently. Since going on the market as an OTC laxative in 2007, MiraLAX has been the #1 Physician Recommended OTC brand of laxative. MiraLAX provides constipation relief without causing harsh side effects like cramping, bloating, sudden urgency, and gas. MiraLAX is a gentle laxative designed to treat occasional constipation. Constipation can be caused by lifestyle factors such as stress, diet, travel, medications, and lack of exercise. It can be defined by fewer than normal bowel movements, difficulty passing stool and abdominal bloating. MiraLAX is made for easy, convenient mixing and is unflavored with no added taste or grit. To use, fill bottle cap to the indicated line (white section in cap) and pour into 4 to 8 ounces of hot or cold beverage. Beverages include but are not limited to: coffee, tea, juice, milk and more. MiraLAX generally produces a bowel movement in 1-3 days.

I was having a lot of trouble going with several side effects like cramping and spastic sphincter and bloodletting and pain. After a few doses of this amazing powder, I nearly blew the bowl off of the commode. This product makes everything come out long and smooth.

Takes a load off!

Works gently throughout the day. I mix it in my 1st cup of coffee ( have to be sure to use coffee only until it is melted - if you add milk before it is melted in the coffee it forms big lumps that are disgusting) - Add miralax, then coffee and stir - Then add your creamer or milk along with more coffee

Works Great!

I have problems using the bathroom. my Dr. put me on this and Benefiber. I put them in my coffee every morning. Believe me I can tell the different when I run out. So I try to get these every month. I shear with my Mom.

Really Like

Since my colon cancer surgery in 2010 I have to have something to help keep things working. This product does the trick. The taste is neutral so you can just mix it with water or a soda of your choice. It works with no cramping.

Very good product

Product is a necessity for my sister’s bowl movement. It is essential to her health.

Mirlax

Miralax is the best, keeps you regulated and it keeps you from being stuffed.

Regulate your system.

"This is a product that has been on the market for a long time and has been very effective. We have never had any side effects, and it works in a very natural way. It is flavorless and colorless."

Very Effective

My doctor told me years ago to take this every day but I didn't listen. Laxatives always gave me bad stomach cramps so I didn't want to take it. It wasn't until I was given MiraLax in the hospital that I realized it was a very mild but effective powder. I now take it every day and it is very gentle, does not give be bad stomach cramps, just works like it should.

GENTLE BUT WORKS!

Great deal! Way cheaper than one bottle alone at another store!! Love Sam's!

2 is better than 1!

I love Sam's Club for their great pricing.

Don't want to be without MiroLAX

Being stopped up isn't any fun of course. Been trying things and no luck. Bought the MiraLax and took a low dose. That evening my stomach was hurting me and I felt sick. I woke up next day and felt awful all day long, still stomach hurting. Then it finally stopped hurting. Didn't do me any good to take it, so now I've wasted $$ on this one. It might work for you just fine, but I'll never use it again.
