Member’s Mark Whole Boneless Pork Loin, Vacuum Pack, priced per pound

Premium Cut for Versatile Cooking
Our Member’s Mark Whole Boneless Pork Loin, Vacuum Pack, priced per pound is a lean and tender cut sourced from the pig's upper back, spanning from the leg joint to the shoulder. This versatile meat is ideal for creating flavorful roasts when paired with seasonings and vegetables, making it a centerpiece for any meal with 24g of protein per serving. Whether brined, marinated, or simply seasoned, this pork loin offers endless possibilities for creating delicious meals. With proper preparation and cooking techniques, this cut ensures a moist and tender dining experience every time.
Cooking Instructions
To ensure a succulent dish, brine or season the pork loin before cooking. A simple brine can be made with one tablespoon of salt per cup of liquid, combined with vinegar, sugar, or other flavorings. Seal the pork loin in a bag with the brine and refrigerate for a few hours or up to 24 hours. Thaw & Prep: Thaw completely if frozen, then pat the loin very dry. Season generously on all sides with salt, pepper, and your preferred herbs/spices. Sear (Optional, but Recommended): For a golden crust, sear the loin in an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat with a little oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Roast: Transfer the loin to a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C). Roast for approximately 20-25 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature is reached. Check Doneness: Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) when measured at the thickest part (away from any bone). Overcooking will dry out the loin. Rest & Slice: Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Meal Idea - Honey-Glazed Pork Loin with Roasted Green Beans (Serves 6-8)
Prep Time: ~15-20 minutes / Cook Time: ~45-75 minutes (depends on loin size) Ingredients

2-3 lbs. Member's Mark Whole Boneless Pork Loin

For Glaze: 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, pinch cayenne

For Pork: Salt, pepper, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp cooking oil

For Green Beans: 1 lb. fresh green beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper

Directions 1. Prep & Sear Pork: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat pork dry, season with salt/pepper. Heat butter/oil in oven-safe skillet; sear pork until browned on all sides. 2. Prep Green Beans & Roast: On a separate baking sheet, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pork skillet and green bean sheet in oven. Roast pork until 140°F (60°C) and green beans are tender-crisp (approx. 40-60 mins depending on loin size). 3. Make & Glaze: While pork roasts, mix honey, vinegar, mustard, and cayenne for glaze. Remove pork, stir glaze into skillet on stovetop over medium-high until sizzling. Return pork to skillet, spoon glaze over repeatedly to coat. 4. Rest & Serve: Transfer pork to platter, pour remaining glaze, and rest 5 mins (until 145-150°F / 63-66°C). Slice and serve warm with roasted green beans.
Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment™
This item meets our Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment™: Our Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment makes it easier to know what is not in our products, so members can feel better about what is. These pork loin are the highest quality of any I have seen at other groceries, and always priced much lower. These pork loin are great for slicing crosswise to make boneless pork chops. It is an affordable meat option which is great flavor and tender.

Best Priced High Quality Pork Loin

If you are purchasing center cut pork chops, just buy a whole pork loin and cut it yourself. You'll save some cash. You can also cut them as thin or as thick as you would like.

Save yourself some $$$

These pork loins were fresh! Great quality meat for an affordable price. I smoked them on the pellet smoker and got rave reviews from the party guests!

Great on the smoker!

These tenderloins are a fantastic value! I buy them, bring home and then take a sharp butcher knife and cut either into boneless chops or in chunks for a smaller portioned tenderloin roast. A tenderloin of this size will make approximately 8 meals for our family of 4.

These tenderloins are a fantastic value!

I cut this into 4 small roasts since it’s too much to make for hubby and me. Browned it in Dutch oven, then added a large can of sour kraut, seasoned with salt & pepper and small sliced onion, baked for 90 min then added cubed potatoes for last 30 minutes. Delicious easy and juicy meal with leftovers!

High quality well trimmed pork loin roast

We go through one of these a payday. I cut two small roasts out of the center and cut the rest into boneless chops. Toss a dinner’s worth into a ziplock bag along with your marinade or seasoning of choice and freeze. Thaw and you’re ready for the grill, oven, pan or crockpot. Dinner. Done.

Lean, tender and versatile

This whole boneless pork loin is an amazing buy. The meat is incredibly fresh, lean, and high quality. Because it's a whole loin, it's incredibly versatile—I love being able to portion it out myself into custom-thickness chops, roasts, or strips. It cooks up perfectly tender and juicy every time. It's a fantastic value for the price, and I will definitely continue to buy this for our family meals!

Incredible Value and Excellent Quality Cut!

I process and freeze this in freezer bags. I get two large roasts, and four to six boneless chops. Save money and break it down yourself.

Buy in bulk!

It was a great price!!! I cut it up into one small pork roast, some thin slices for tenderloins, And the rest into thick IOWA chops. I can't believe people will pay so much extra for boneless porkchops cut up and packed.

Great Price

I cook boneless pork loins at least once per month. Usually I'll buy a half-loin at ALDI, but this time I decided to purchase several whole ones (packaged together) at Sam's. I prepared it as usual, but the result was disappointing. The meat was very tough and hard to chew. I wish that I could returned the unused (2nd) loin, but the package was already opened. The ALDI product is consistently good. The Sam's one --- I'll not be buying it again.

Disappointingly Tough

member’s mark whole boneless pork loin, vacuum pack, priced per pound — whole raw boneless pork loin centered on white background; long tapered cylinder shape with lean pink muscle, thin white fat cap and visible marbling; sold per pound in vacuum pack and often used for roasts, suitable for brining or seasoning before cooking.
