Thank you for changing the gal milk containers to an easier pouring one. I can pick up milk again at Sams instead of second trip to another store just for a normal milk pouring container.

Gone with the wierd pour Milk containers

I buy my whole milk from Sam's Club or Walmart on a regular basis. Although I really enjoy the taste of the product, it rarely makes it until the best.by date! I have thrown away numerous partial gallons of this product. There must be something happening logistically for this to take place. It needs to be addressed!

Never lasts until best by date!!!😡😡😡

We bought this milk on the spur of the moment because the organic three pack of half gallons was not available on the day we went food shopping.

We were surprised to poured into our coffee two days before the sell by date after being in a rarely used well managed refrigerator to find that it was already spoiled

Didn't last until the sell by date

I buy three a week, as my home drinks a lot of milk. The expiration date is 9-15. Last night 9-10 I went to finish the 2nd gallon and it was sour. I opened a new gallon same expiration date 9-15 and it smelled horrible. Could be a bad batch. I expect better considering I buy this weekly.

Bad batch of Milk

Sam’s change the company from where they are getting the milk. Since the new company took over the milk expires before the due date and has a very vinegary after taste. I normally have to buy 2 for the sizes of my family and had to throw them away. I talked to a manager from products to let him know of the situation and all I got is “nobody has complained about and that he was gonna look into it” I purchased again milk a few weeks after that and had to throw away the milk again.

Bad Milk

I've been buying milk from Sam's Club for years, but I'm really disappointed with the new containers. They're no longer clear, so you can't see the milk or check its freshness. More importantly, the milk seems to be going bad much faster lately, well before the expiration date. I hope Sam's Club reconsiders the new packaging and looks into the freshness issue.

Disappointed with the New Milk Containers

I hope they switch back to the old Member's Mark milk. This one started going sour 2 days before the printed expiration. I do NOT recommend to friends or family... but maybe to a coupla enemies.

went sour 2 days before printed expiration

We have been buying milk for years from Sam's Club. But these ones and the ones that were in my previous purchase were curdled even one week before the marked expiry date. We had to throw two gallons out of three I purchased now. Similarly, we could use only one gallon previous time.

Milk turns unusable before marked expiry date

I normally never have issues with Sam’s Club milk, but the batch with exp 09/07 expired way before that date.

Spoiled milk

Recently, I attempted to engage with a staff member for assistance, but instead of receiving support, I was met with complete indifference. The employee intentionally ignored my presence, refused to acknowledge my requests, and displayed an incredibly unprofessional attitude. This lack of communication and basic courtesy is unacceptable, as it directly hinders efficiency and creates an unnecessarily hostile environment. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure staff members maintain a basic standard of professional conduct and responsiveness.

Unprofessional Behavior and Lack of Responsiveness
