Member's Mark Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter Sticks, 4 oz., 16 ct.

Member’s Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter (4 oz Elgin-Style Sticks, 16 count) is a staple for every kitchen. Not only is it a great product to use on everything from toast to muffins, but it's perfect for baking needs as well.

How Is Member’s Mark Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter Made?

Member’s Mark butter has had a long journey before it hits Sam’s Club stores. This no-salt butter is made with 100% California milk. It's then churned with cream to get that rich and smooth consistency that this Member’s Mark Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter is known for. From there it's packaged into four-ounce Elgin-style blocks that are great for easy measuring if you plan on baking or cooking with it. A block can also be placed into a butter server to be used at mealtimes. What’s fantastic about buying a 16-pack of this unsalted butter is that you can freeze the blocks that you don't plan on using immediately. This product can be frozen four months past the best-by date and still taste like new.

How Can You Use Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter?

Member’s Mark Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter has a ton of uses. Stir it into a pan with flour to make a roux, which is used in dishes like macaroni and cheese and gumbo. Add it to a mixer for items like chocolate chip cookies, homemade cakes and fluffy frosting. Make a cheese sandwich with buttered bread and toast it up in a pan for a classic grilled cheese. Unsalted sweet cream butter can also be used to cook up a juicy steak or be stirred into a tomato sauce for pasta.

The Member’s Mark Brand

The Member’s Mark brand is a division of Sam’s Club and is made up of a team of trained chefs, food experts, package engineers and more. Customers can find a wide array of items that are kosher, organic, fair trade and wrapped with eco-friendly packaging. The line is constantly evolving to fit the needs of today’s consumer and what they want.

Recipe: Member's Mark Ham-Cheddar Frittata

Indulge in the delicious Member's Mark Ham-Cheddar Frittata, a savory combination of eggs, milk, onions, paprika, chives, parsley, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and ham. This butter is an absolute staple in my kitchen. It has a wonderfully clean, rich flavor and a consistent texture that makes it perfect for everything from everyday cooking to delicate baking. Getting it in this larger 16-count pack is a fantastic value. I love that I can just use one pack at a time and freeze the rest—it stays perfectly fresh in the freezer until I'm ready to use it. I highly recommend keeping this stocked!

Excellent Quality, Consistency, and Freezes Beauti

The MM butter is a great price and always good. I use a ton of it for baking, so the 4-pack is a great deal. It usually has a long expiration date, and it freezes extremely well. The price is definitely the best around for a good quality butter.

Good quality and economical

Good quality and taste at a reasonable price vs Kerry Gold

Great price compared to other grocery stores. Easy to use and measure.

This butter is quality and so much cheaper than other stores.

Best Butter Ever

We purchase all the time. The unfairly one.

Never trust Sams is my motto! They sell expired products because they are all about greed and care nothing about people. I brought to their attention and they did not care. For all they know i could have been sick or worse, but again they do not care. Very greedy organization with the worst customer service possible. But thats the world we live in today. Companies like sams are free to operate any way they please worrying not about if products are expired or if they overcharged their customers. They are motivated by complete greed and i would not trust anything they sell. I dont personally care how they operate but if they are going to send me surveys and i do not lie, i follow the teachings of Jesus, then i must write what i see in an honest manner. Ive had to throw away hundreds of dollars in expired groceries and I found other stores selling same items for less and when I made them aware they did not care.

Another expired food item sold by crooked sams

They changed it a few months back and it sucks now. Seems cheaper. I'd rather pay more for quality butter. It's so pale and flavourless now. I attached a picture of the members mark next to the Kerry gold. Members mark looks like a sick child next to the Kerry gold….
