Season with salt, fresh-cracked pepper and/or your favorite spices before grilling. <h3>Herbed Tenderloin Steaks with Goat Cheese Topping Recipe</h3> Whip up a satisfying meal in under 30 minutes any night of the week. Herbed goat cheese is a tasty topping for Tenderloin Steaks. Pair with arugula and tomatoes for a light meal. We buy this regularly as we always have filets on hand to have at home.  You can buy this whole roast and break it down yourself for what it would cost you to go out and eat 1 or 2 times and you can get 10-14 steaks out of this.  There are plenty of YouTube videos that show how to break this down into steaks and it doesn't take long to do as long as you have a sharp knife and a vacuum sealer.  We get the Prime over the Choice as it has better marbling.

The beef tenderloin is so tender and very easy to cook. My family always loves the taste and tenderness.

Mouthwatering steaks

We buy the Members Mark beef tenderloin to make Beef Wellington. It is incredible. Flavor is delicious, it is so tender you don't need a knife and it always impresses our guests. It is a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

Really? You don’t know?

Meat cooked excellent. It was loaded with hidden fat which I had to trim before cooking. Not used to this level of surrounding fat on tenderloin. I did not weigh the fat but my estimation was 1.5 to 2 lbs of waste fat I had to trim. That is was too high and increases the price I paid ‘net’ significantly

Prime tenderloin whole

I buy this for an annual holiday meal of Beef Wellington. Trimming down the whole tenderloin allows me to select the best portion for that meal, plus I have lovely leftover cuts to enjoy in other dishes. It's a great value.

It's unfortunate that the smallest piece of tenderloin that I could buy or preorder was over 7#s. But they were great at pretrimming and tying the meat for us. Thank you

Expensive but tender

Disappointed in this year’s purchase.  Way more fat than normal and it was $8 more per pound than the last several years.  At $21lb that thing should have been amazing.  It was decent but not to the normal standards.

Beef Tenderloin

I purcsed a 7.5 lb. BEEF TENDERLOIN, PRIME, not Choice. After I opened up the package and started to clean up remaining fat, I realized there was an incredible about of fat. I weighed it, 2.5 lbs of total fat.
I called the customer service line. All I wanted was to let them know how their of beef has become so poor. AI said they couldn't help me and transferred me to a customer service rep. He read the information and stated "we want to give you $10.00 cash, and how's your day going". I said No. He immediately sent me to the next level of customer service. This women read the information and told me she couldn't help me.

Prime Beef Tenderloin

The steak was all muscle and lots of fat. I had a houseful and we were very dissatisfied and i won't purchase again. For $ 189.00 that steak should have been fabulous it wasn't. I bought one in may and it was delicious. Really disappointed.

Don't get it delivered
