I absolutely love this sirloin tip roast! It’s a bit of a job to cut up into smaller chunks and to remove the silver skin or fat. It’s cooks up very tender and delicious!

It is a great cut of meat and cheapest! Use as a roast OR cut it up for your own stew meator steaks

Great value

I bought this for our Christmas dinner - it was delicious!  Definitely bigger/more than we needed.  I think if I were to buy it again, I would butcher it into a smaller roast and then make steaks with the other part. (I found a YouTube video that showed how to butcher one of these roasts)

Yummy Cheese Steaks

I started buying this Member’s Mark sirloin tip for meal prep, and honestly, it’s one of the best deals at Sam’s. The meat is really good quality — tender, flavorful, and cooks up great on the grill or stovetop. I usually cut it into about 10–15 steaks depending on how thick I slice them, and it ends up saving me a ton of money compared to buying individual steaks or eating out.

I season and portion everything for the week, freeze a few packs, and it makes meal prep so much easier. Definitely recommend this if you like having good steak on hand without paying restaurant prices.

Convenience of steaks

I own a restaurant and have been paying $7 to $9 per lb. however these are more for beef stew i make beef tips over rice sells out every time. 
simple way, cut tips in 1x1 squares. cook on flat top until complementary done. place in deep pan, i use 4'' steam table pan that sams sells. make enough brown gravy to cover the tips completely. ( you might have to use 2 pans if cooking all.)  cover with foil, bake at 375-400 for 1.5 to 2 hours checking after 1hour. fall apart in your mouth so good. i just gave you a money making recipe. you welcome..

Excellent if you know how to cook

It's beef !  I sent this through my electric grinder.  I had to grind it twice because there was a lot of gristle and connective tissue.  Grinder took care of that.  Otherwise it was fine.  Made tasty ground beef.  Hamburgers and meatloaf etc..  Not sure how it would be as a roast. Decent price for beef, although my grocery store often has beef (usually round) on sale for the same or lower price.  Sam's is not ALWAYS the lowest price around.

GOOD

Sirloin was easy to cut into small pieces and can. Makes easy to use and tasty starter for meals.

Delicious beef and noodles

I have bought sirloin roasts before to cut into steaks at other locations, this one was old and smelled bad. The guy in the meat cutting area was rude and ignoring all customers. Very disappointed since I lost a lot of money on that roast.

1st bad experience in Sam’s

we have been buying these for a couple of years to cut up at home, but the last one we got was bad.  smelled rotted and had clearly been damaged.
