Not giving a 5 star rating at this time since I am not sure the Blackberry plants are going to live. If they perform well I will try to update the review. One container of Hosta out of several purchased was bad upon opening (dead and molded) Sams refunded cost with no issue., the other Hosta purchased are doing very well. Good Value.

Thornless Blackberries  and Hosta

Starting dying before I could plant. I Tried to plant in pots until the weather was warm enough to plant outside. 1 is completely dead and the root was off when I opened it. I’m trying to nurse the other plant back

Almost dead when bought

I was excited about getting these plants. I bought  strawberries, potatoes,  onions, asparagus, raspberries, and more. I followed the directions on the bag and the strawberry roots were black when I pulled them out of the bag. I planted them all but I have not seen any of them come up. The potatoes are great. The rest I am waiting to see if they make it.

Plants

I bought these, open the bag and followed the instructions. The bare roots seemed overly dried and dead but I still went thru the process to see if they were just dormant. Well, they’re dead roots. I’m not sure how long they had been in the bag or stored but none of the roots 40 or so roots came alive.

I went on Etsy and paid more for some bare root strawberries and they immediately grew new leaves within a week. I got robbed by this purchase.

Dried, Dead Useless Roots

I purchased 2 raspberry plants. I have experience with bare root plants and was excited to see some new varieties in store. Well they weren’t bare root, they were NO roots. Seriously not a single one. I looked at the medium that was wrapped around the plants to see if the roots had fallen off or broken off but nothing. Please save some grief and purchase at a local place or order from a reputable nursery online.

First, I didn’t buy this, I bought the blackberries and raspberries. ALL FOUR WERE NOT VIABLE PLANTS!! All died within days of planting. Others bought from tractor supply and local nursery are thriving. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE FROM SAM’S!!

Unfortunately my roots came dead and ive tried growing them and still no leaves after 1 1/2 months :(

Bareroot strawberry

Im a week in and no growth. Im guessing they were already dead before I even bought them. Will be returning to store.

Raspberry Plants - 2 didn't look great, but I gave them a shot.  Great soil, great care, great sun/watering....    plants are not showing ANY life after 6 weeks.  Returning them next trip to Sam's.
