Customers can find a wide array of items that are kosher, organic, fair trade and wrapped with eco-friendly packaging. The line is constantly evolving to fit the needs of today’s consumer and what they want.
Cooking Instructions
Thaw: remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed. Grill: preheat grill to medium, grill defrosted salmon on both sides for 6-8 minutes each. Oven: preheat oven to 375°F. Bake defrosted salmon for 16-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Bake frozen fillets for an additional 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Meal Idea - Lemon-Dill Baked Salmon with Roasted Asparagus and Quinoa (2 Servings)
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 20-25 minutes Ingredients For the Salmon:

2 Member's Mark Skinless and Boneless Atlantic Salmon Fillet Portions (thawed)

1 tblsp olive oil

1 tsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried dill)

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced (plus extra for serving, if desired)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

For the Roasted Asparagus:

1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb), woody ends trimmed

1 tblsp olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

For the Quinoa:

1/2 cup uncooked quinoa

1 cup vegetable or chicken broth (or water)

Directions Preheat Oven & Prep Quinoa: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While the oven heats, rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water using a fine-mesh sieve. In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and broth (or water). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed and quinoa is fluffy. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork. Prepare Salmon: Pat the thawed salmon fillets dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a better texture. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the salmon, and then place a few thin lemon slices on top of each fillet. Prepare Asparagus: On a separate part of the same baking sheet (or a second baking sheet), toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer. Bake: Place the baking sheet(s) in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork (cooking time will vary based on fillet thickness) and the asparagus is tender-crisp. Serve: Divide the cooked quinoa, roasted asparagus, and baked salmon between two plates. Garnish with additional fresh lemon wedges or dill, if desired. Enjoy!
Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment™
This item meets our Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment™: Our Member’s Mark Made Without Commitment makes it easier to know what is not in our products, so members can feel better about what is. Frozen State

It is the perfect sized portion. I thaw it, put a little olive oil and butter in the pan, season it with Kinder and cook it just until the very center is a little rare. Ive only come across a bone once in the hundreds of portions I've eaten. I take the thinner ends of the portions and cut them off and keep them for salads then I quickly sautee them and use them with baby spinach, balsamic vinegar, and dried cranberries and ita fantastic.

I love this fish

These are very good. We are trying to add fish to our diet, having been raised on beef, so we tried these and were happy with the individual packaging so we could air fry up just what we needed. Taste and texture was very good. Will keep these on the grocery list.

Good tasting salmon and easy prep

Been eating this salmon from Sam’s Club for over a dozen years. Very tasty when grilled and also pan fried… we make a special sauce from mayonnaise, yellow mustard and old bay seasoning….which makes the salmon very enjoyable…

Salmon staple for many years

Individually wrapped makes it easy to thaw quickly in cold water. These filets are delicious and so easy to cook for a quick healthy meal. I will buy again!

Perfect for Quick Healthy Meal

I've been purchasing this for a very long time and love the convenience of having frozen fillets. I didn't give it a 5 star as I would have in the past. The selection of the pieces is not what it used to be. There seems to be more pieces from the tail end of the salmon instead of the middle. This causes the pieces to be less uniform in size and there is more blue vein in the tail end. I don't care for the blue vein so I generally scrap the off after cooking. The lack of uniform pieces makes it more difficult for grilling also. I have become a little more disappointed in the product but do continue to buy it.

Good Product with comments

I love this salmon and love having in stocked in the freezer. The packaging is deceiving. It says 10 portions on the back and has always been 7 individual pieces. I have always opened the package and picked the biggest piece to set aside to split between my husband and myself- which is then small portions for dinnner. The package I bought this past week only has 6 individual pieces. It would be nice to fix the packaging to say how many frozen pieces there are or to reduce to portion size and then include actually 10 servings.

Reduced amount in the bag

I use to love Salmon then stopped it for for many years as the taste in my mouth would linger. I decided to try these Filets and I'm back to loving Salmon. Thank you

Very good tasting Salmon

It's good to have an even number of pieces. One thing that really stands out is the lack of the fishy tasting gray skin on the underside of each piece. We always scrape that part off, and there was very little to have to scrape. Love that. I wish the price was a little less.

Good salmon

The product has changed in the last year. The pieces are thin, not a decent cut like they used to be go back to whoever you was getting it from prior to now.

Thin pieces of salmon

I absolutely love the salmon from Sam's however, I have been buying this product for a little over a year and the last bag that I purchased I found several of the filets did have bones in it. It's kind of got me worried whether I should buy the product again or not. I might try another bag and if it has bones in it, that's it for me. I really hate that because the salmon has really great flavor.

Bones in my bag of salmon
