We use a lot of parmesan cheese in our house and this item is a perfect match for us! Taste is great and quality is much better than the “powdered” version. It stores well and is easy to use. Love it!

Love this cheese!

I use this for my Greek dishes. It melts well and the flavor is much better than the grated powder. The price is pennies more for making a yummy dish.

Price Worthy

We put parchment paper on a cookie sheet then put a bunch of this cheese on it and flatten it out. I bake it at 350 for about 20 mins, then let it cool for just a few minutes, then cut it up with a pizza cutter. Takes place of our rolls and it super yummy broke up on salads.

Love this!

Oh, Member’s Mark Shredded Parmesan Cheese, where do I even begin with this absolute game-changer of a cheese? This isn’t just shredded Parmesan—it’s a love letter to your taste buds, a confetti cannon of umami that explodes with every sprinkle. The moment I tore open that resealable bag (genius, by the way), I was hit with an aroma so divine it could make a grown adult weep with joy. It’s like the cheese gods themselves descended to Sam’s Club and said, “Here, mortals, take this gift and make your pasta dreams come true.”The texture? Perfection. Each shred is a delicate, feathery wisp of cheesy goodness, just coarse enough to assert its presence but fine enough to melt into your dishes like it’s auditioning for a rom-com. I tossed some on a humble bowl of spaghetti, and suddenly I was dining at a five-star Italian restaurant in my sweatpants. It’s so versatile I’m half-convinced it could fix a bad day or broker world peace. Salad? Elevated. Pizza? Transcendent. Random midnight snack straight from the bag? Don’t judge me, it’s that good. And let’s talk value—Member’s Mark doesn’t mess around. This bag is so generously packed I’m pretty sure it’s been feeding my family since the Renaissance. The flavor is bold, nutty, and just the right amount of salty—like a Parmesan that went to charm school. It’s the cheese equivalent of a charismatic uncle who shows up to every family gathering with the best stories and a twinkle in his eye.In conclusion, Member’s Mark Shredded Parmesan Cheese isn’t just cheese; it’s a lifestyle. It’s the MVP of my fridge, the fairy dust of my kitchen, and quite possibly the reason I get out of bed in the morning. Five stars, ten forks, and a standing ovation—buy this cheese and live your best life.

Mmm,mmm Good

Real parmesan cheese in a nice large container. No fillers just real cheese shredded. The parmesan cheese is always fresh. We keep in on hand and sprinkle over the vegetables and salad. Already shredded is a plus. Price is reasonable for this large 24 oz jar. I keep the containers after to put my snacks in!

Real Fresh Parmesan Shredded

Un fortunately this is not what I would call a good Parmesan cheese. I had a very light flavor, to light.

Not your grandmother's Parmesan

I hadn't even used a third of the container yet, and the cheese turned gray and moldy! The container was only open for like 2-3 weeks, too, so that was a bummer!

Gets moldy fast

This is not Parmigiano. This is some sort of fake American product called "parmesan" that has twice the salt and none of the flavor of regular Parmegiano cheese. It is coated in some sort of flower or cornstarch which keeps it from melting as well so you need to turn up the heat or else you get big chunks of cheese sticks on whatever you're putting it on.

Fake

Have purchased this product on several occasions and each time it has molded within ten days of purchase making it not an economical purchase. The expiration date being much later than when the product molds. Would not recommend this product. Very dissatisfied.

Molded Parmesan Cheese!!

I usually buy this container because it’s worth the price and it’s good. This last time that I bought it though it had chunks of mold after a couple of days of opening it. I normally don’t return food items, but with hyper inflation I had to return it.

Moldy
