Really take the edge off. Read the instructions. Those of you complaining about the taste are either chewing or swallowing them. You are to do neither. Let it rest in your mouth, moving it from one cheek to the other until dissolved. I feel the need to say this in a review because nicotine poisoning is a very real and serious threat to a person's health. Follow the instructions and you won't hardly "taste" anything.

Great product

I enjoy smoking and quitting is a bother. This product has really helped reduce the amount I smoke and reduces cravings. Feeling much better attention span and get up and go. Still enjoy an occasional cigarette but find the thought of stopping more entertaining.

I had been a 1 pack per day smoker for more than 12 years, and bought two packs (16 containers) of this products on 12/03/2020. Now as of 01/21/2021 I only need to take 1-3 pills per day and there are still five containers left. I am confident that I don't need to buy another pack. 

To be honest, the taste of this product wasn't that good in the first a few days, but you will feel better and better as you get used to it. This is a product that helps people quit smoking, not a tasty candy. When you successfully quit, the savings on cigerettes could buy you tons of tasty candies.

Almost an ex-smoker

Product is great. Only issue is when product purchased on-line for curbside pickup it is taxed at 8.75%. When you purchase in store the rate is 1.0%

I love these and hate these at the same time.  I get white stuff all around my mouth and all over my lips.  This has finally broke me from wanting these.Whipe your mouth and chin off, and walk in a store and the white stuff reappears my face.  Embarrasing
