Marbled cuts of pork shoulder are braised low and slow, resulting in small morsels of tender, juicy meat that can be used in all of your favorite dishes. Two pounds of pork is more than enough to feed the whole family. <h3>Get Restaurant-Style Pork Carnitas Right at Home</h3> Carnitas are a delicious and versatile protein option for sandwiches, salads, wraps, tacos and burritos. This is a perfect dish for game day appetizers or after-school snacking. Prepare the carnitas in your microwave or air fryer for meat that's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve carnitas as a quick and easy meal with rice and beans or use it as a topping for nachos. Preparing meals has never been easier or more appetizing! <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove product from pouch and place into an oven-safe pan. This is the easiest, most delicious dinner idea on the face of the planet. If they ever get rid of this, I will cry. Plop it in a pot, pop on a lid, and you have a delicious dinner in about 15 minutes. We make burritos with this, but it is also amazing in quesadillas. Leftovers, if there are any, always get eaten the next day.

Delicious and easy option for Mexican night

This is a great 'cheat' to making yummy burritos!  We heat the. meat in a skillet, and add mild enchilada sauce to a plate, coat both sides of a tortilla/wrap and then fill with the shredded meat, queso cheese, and refried beans.... put into a casserole dish and top with the remaining enchilada sauce and shredded taco cheese and bake 350 for 15 mins! Waaallaaaaaa!

We LOVE MM Pork Carnitas! We divide it into smaller portions and keep it in the freezer. Whenever we want a quick DELICIOUS dinner-taco salad, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, etc. we pop a portion in the air fryer for 10min and it’s perfect every time!! I have eaten at authentic Mexican places all along the West Coast and these carnitas are the bomb

Crispy, Delicious and EASY Carnitas for dinner??

My family really likes this for quick and easy tacos/nachos/rice bowls! The meat stays moist after heating in the microwave. The chunks do have some fat on them so make sure to shred thoroughly and mix in with the rest of the meat.

Quick/Easy meat option!

My family loves these Carnitas. I prefer them on the Blackstone, so they get nice and crispy! But recently, I did them in my air fryer and they were also good. Makes for a quick and easy meal. We also get these every time we go camping, since it’s quick and easy.

All I can say is for the price and ease of makin tacos, it was a game changer. Wife and I were working late and trying to figure out dinner, and we got this. It was so good and easy to fix.

Simple and flavorful

I bought this for this weekend NFL games.  Made Nachos out of half the package was tons of meat.  We will use the rest for tacos or quesadillas later.  The only request would be to put two 1lb packages as we are normally just two, so would only buy when having guest around. Easy to prepare and was delicious.

Easy to prepare, Feeds a crowd and taste awesome!

This meat is amazing—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. We use it for meal prep at least 2–4 times a month. It’s quick to cook and pairs well with just about anything. We love making burrito bowls with rice, beans, fajita toppings, and either the Pork Carnitas or BBQ Pork for sandwiches. There are so many delicious options with this staple—it’s a must-have in our kitchen! And for the price and amount of servings, you really can’t beat it.

This pork is flavorful and tender. We love making burrito bowls, tacos, and even quesadillas with it.

Tasty and convenient

Overall this isn’t bad, we used it to make pulled pork nachos since I was having a crazy craving and they turned out delish. On its own though its pretty bland, I had to add a lot of seasoning to it, it was on the dry side too. But overall for the price and a pre packed meat it was good. I’m going to try it with tacos next.

Nachos

Do not buy this item. It had big chunks of fat or what seemed like glue in the meat. They did not dissolve. Almost half of it was stick in one big piece. I could not get it apart and onlyba few little pieces shredded.  I do not recommend at all. Which was a shame because it smelled really good, but i could not eat any part if it because of the really hard yellow chunks. I just threw it out. Such a waste.
