Member's Mark Envelope #9, Double Window, 500 ct.

Instructions

Member's Mark #9 double-window business envelopes make it easy to send invoices, forms, and checks with both the return address and mailing address displayed through clear windows.

Double windows that streamline business mailings

The double-window layout is made for documents where the recipient and return addresses are already printed on the insert. Showing both addresses through the windows helps reduce manual addressing and labeling, supports a clean, professional look, and helps lower stuffing errors by keeping address placement consistent.

These envelopes are commonly used for invoices and statements, including billings that may include remittance stubs or checks.

Self-adhesive closure for fast sealing

Each envelope features a self-adhesive seal for efficient processing. Pull off the strip to reveal the adhesive closure and seal—no moisture required.

Privacy tint to help keep contents from showing through

A privacy tint helps keep your communications confidential by making contents less readable through the envelope, which is especially useful when mailing sensitive business paperwork.

Window measurements and placement

Top window: 7/8" x 3-1/2"; positioned 3/8" from the edge and 2-1/4" from the bottom.

Bottom window: 1" x 4"; positioned 5/8" from the edge and 5/8" from the bottom.

At-a-glance details

Envelope size: 3-7/8" x 8-7/8" (#9).

Closure type: self-adhesive (peel-and-seal); no moisture required.

Quantity: 500 envelopes per pack.

Window style: double clear windows for mailing and return addresses.

Privacy feature: privacy tint.

Typical uses: invoices, professional forms, checks, and important paperwork.

Model #: MM09DW.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Member's Mark Envelope #9, Double Window used for?

Designed for mailing business documents such as invoices, forms, checks, and other paperwork, with two clear windows that display mailing and return addresses.

How does the self-adhesive closure work on these envelopes?

Peel off the release strip to expose the adhesive, then press to seal. No moisture is required.

Self-seal vs. regular (lick-to-seal) envelopes—what’s the benefit?

A self-adhesive seal closes by pressing after peeling the strip, which can be faster and avoids moistening the flap.

What size are these #9 double-window envelopes?

Each envelope measures 3-7/8" x 8-7/8".

Do these envelopes have a privacy tint?

They have a privacy tint to help keep contents from showing through the envelope paper.

What are the window sizes on the Member's Mark #9 Double Window envelope?

Top window: 7/8" x 3-1/2". Bottom window: 1" x 4".

Where are the windows placed on the envelope?

Top window: 3/8" from edge and 2-1/4" from bottom. #9 Security Envelopes are just as good and cost way less than the ones from Office Depot. They work well with our QuickBooks invoices but not so much with the QuickBooks checks - you need a smaller envelope for those.

#9 security envelopes

I was using envelopes with double gummed flaps. Terrible. The top flap did not cover the bottom gumming completely and look a mess. These are fantastic. Windows fit statement addresses perfectly, the back comes up higher to the flap, the paper is smoother and thicker. Better quality, better fit, great value.

Excellent envelopes

I had been using these envelopes for 3 years. They fit all of my correspondence for our address and vendor addresses.I was down to my last 25 envelopes and the 3 different envelopes we have are not the correct size. I am so glad Sam's Club still provides them, so I ordered for another 3 years.

Wrapping Up with the Right Envelopes

Work great with my QB invoices and statements

Good size

Great Value in a quality envelope. My business has been buying these for years and now even more importantly, during COVID restrictions, these are self sealing; no licking, to seal.

Member's Mark Dble Window #9 Envelopes - go for it

Envelopes are good price, ok quality, but the return window is too low on the envelope, top line of return address was covered. Using company program that would not let me adjust the placement of address. Returned them.

Good value

ENVELOPE

I am not bashing the envelopes I have used them for 2-3 years now- Just wanted to get to your attention,
that this last box peal and seal-- doesn't stick I have to tape each envelope before goes to mailbox
next box will open up and use one to check the stick-ability.

Not sticky unable to close

Windows in the wrong place & entire envelope is too short. Multiple folds needed multiple times and RE-folded bc they don’t line up. Strange folds at that. Epic fail. $33.00 THROWN AWAY in this economy. So sad. I should be able to return but not sure bc some were used.

TERRIBLE!!

We purchase about 40 boxes a month and have been very happy so far. This last lot has some major issues. Many of the envelopes are glued together and rip when you try and open them and the other ones do not fit the letter properly. When you close the envelope it does not line up right and the glue strip closes at an angle making it very difficult to seal it properly. Very disappointed with this shipment

A bad lot of envelopes
