This is the only fish breading I'll use. I mostly use it on chicken and it works amazing. A perfect crispiness and the taste is amazing. I’ve only ever seen the small bags. So when I saw this huge “jar” I had to buy it! Especially when it was only $10!!

I absolutely love this fish fry, but make sure you sift it before using as I have regularly found large clumps of salt! it is a very lemony and zesty fish fry perfect for catfish!!
