We bought this for our 5 grandsons. Overall we are very pleased with this set. Delivery drivers were very friendly and respectful of our property and equipment.  The product itself is very well made. We had no issues with any missing parts or damages. Our only issue was the identification of the parts. We spent a lot of time trying to identify the correct parts. Our suggestion to the company would be to label with a sticker, if nothing else. It would make set-up easier, for sure.

Well Built!

Our Lifetime playground set has withstood many a storm and 8 years later looks great and has lasted through our 5 children playing on it most days. However, our neighbor's trampoline flew into it during a recent severe storm and we needed to replace a section of roof along with a bar. They provided us the parts at a great, low cost and made sure to include extra hardware. They were extremely helpful and polite, as well.

Bought 90042 swingset for grandkids in 2013. It's their favorite toy and the Lifetime quality is excellent. This product and this company customer service is as good as it gets. After 6 years of frequent use still in excellent condition. Have replaced the climbing net due to sun deterioration of rope. Replacing the footpads which we damaged moving the set. Damage was our fault, but company replaced free. We have also bought Lifetime plastic tables. This company makes excellent products that last and last.

Grandkids favorite all time toy. 6 years and still in excellent condition.

At times it was difficult figuring out which part was which during assembly (maybe Lifetime could add small numbered stickers to the parts?) but, overall, it's an amazing playset and I'm so happy I purchased it!  It's very sturdy and it looks great in our back yard!

Well Built and Looks Great Too!

We bought this set for our grand children and they spend their entire days using it as swing, slide, make up boat, make up airplane, house and you name it. the set can be used at any age, from toddler to teens and older.
We like the accessories like the small picnic table is also used ++.
In addition, the company has been super helpful when we needed a part after several years and they provided free of charge!!

Great Set!

We purchased the swing for our children for Christmas this year. My husband and I assemble the swing set in one day. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. We did have to go back a couple times take a few pieces off and redo a couple things. The only thing I’m a little disappointed in is the steps going up to the Playhouse. There is only 4 thin metal rods going across for steps. For little kids or in wet rainy weather I can see this might be a hazard. Other than that the swingset is very sturdy and very beautiful I believe our children will have a swingset for many years to come.

Excellent play set. My 4 year old and almost 2 year old love it and play everyday. The slide is a bit steep for small children and the climbing a little dangerous for small, but it is not intended for use by that age. I do wish the telescope could be moved do different locations on the set. It must be installed in only one spot and for us that is directly pointed at the backyard of undesirable neighbors. Flexibility in where it is attached would be nice. Installation took 8 hours - my huband worked along for 5 and had one man help him for 3. Directions were easy to follow. The spider swing is a great bonus and can hold mulitple kids at a time (3-4 depending on size).

Quality materials.  Just two issues...the framework instructions were not diagrammed and worded very well, and if I had realized that it was made in China I would not have bought it.  Please consider creating your products and jobs in the USA!!

This swing set is great and looks amazing.  The issues we had, were none of the parts were labeled. This took additional time in finding the right piece, as well as having to go back and fix where we grabbed an identical piece. 
I do wish it had anchors for the feet.  My son and I were both swinging high and we had to stop because it was starting to come off the ground. 
With 2 of us it took about 4-5 hours,  with breaks.

Great,  but......

Let's start with the good news.  The entire swing set is sturdy, long lasting and of very good quality.  Now the bed news.  The item labeling and directions leave much to be desired.  If labeling and illustrations were better, installation would have taken 33% less time.  There are many instances where we put a section or item together, only to find out later that a leg needed to be rotated differently or or a cross-member needed to be turned over.  This activity forced a few disassembly / correction sessions before continuing.  SUGGESTION - it takes two people with decent technical skills to assemble this swing set.

If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!  I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story.  We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time.  All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!
