Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always hated doing laundry since it hurt my back. No more, this is so much healthier on the body. Less bending over. It does an great job washing and drying. Its smart and hooks up to my phone. Lets me know when loads are done and allows you to start loads remotely. When done with washer it will automatically put dryer on settings to match. I've named her Betty because something this beautiful needs a name. It also came with a 10yr warranty.

About four years ago it started failing, so I had been looking for a unit like this every since.  All the single units I saw were not what I was looking for.  In most cases the washer and dryer insides where small and I did not want to lean into the washer to get my clothes. I wanted a large washer and dryer unit and it fits the bill. It is a perfect replacement, looks good in my laundry room, and it is easy to operate.  I also like the fact that when something is wrong, it gives you a code.  Example my dryer would not work, so it gave me a code. I checked and the code stated my dryer vent was clog. So I had it taken care of and the dryer works perfectly. I've also been told by several people who work in various service positions, that LG products are top of the line.  Love it!!!

Fabulous Machine

Bought this as a replacement for the stacked washer and dryer that came with our home. Our laundry room is very small and space is limited. I love that both doors swing left. Unit is quiet, which is nice since our utility room is near our main living area.

Efficient and Quiet

Bought the LG Washtower several weeks ago and am thoroughly enjoying it.  It is sleek looking, quiet, efficient, easy to operate and very user friendly.  Love all of the flexibility in wash and dry cycles, temperature settings and load settings.  Was first afraid of the new digital type cotrols but now enjoy them and find them easier to use than the old mechanical type.

Quit , fast and saves energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and access for the shorter person, especially the controls, being centrally located at mid-level.  Quiet & efficient operation of washer, all very smooth.  Dryer efficient, though we do not use the power saving features in the interest of quickly getting the job done.  Almost no vibration, so very well balanced. Tower design saves space in a small laundry area such as ours. Attractive clean appearance that makes our area look more modern than it is.  Compliments and interest from family and friends will make this unit type a marketing success.

LG Single Tower washer dryer

We replaced our 20+ year old stackable washer and dryer. This was the only unit that stacked and had the controle for both in the center and not on the top of each unit. Plus the unit controls are in the center and not on the top of each unit. Other stackable have the controls on the dryer require a ladder to use the dryer when the units are stach=ked.

In addtion, the unit is quiet and works well.

A great  combination

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to put in my new place. I previously had a side by side washer and dryer and it wouldn’t fit in my laundry closet. This washtower fit with room to spare. It looks awesome and works wonderfully! I will definitely recommend this product ! My clothes are cleaner and the dryer is huge! I love the sanitizer cycle and that it has a steam option! Absolutely love it!!

LG washtower

I purchased this washer dryer unit a month ago and I am so pleased with it. The unit is more compact that traditional stackable units so it takes up less space. I’m also pretty short so have all controls in the middle of the unit is a great help to me. Love this machine!

Sleek and modern design

I love all the smart features. My favorite is that it automatically sets to the settings I use most, and that the dryer automatically sets to the best option based on the washer setting. Would have given 5 stars but the dryer lint trap broke a few months after purchasing. The replacement was covered by warranty though.

I regret this purchase so much. I feel like this machine costs me so money to try and keep stink free. This is a terrible design, keeps the drain water in the bottom. Once a week you have to run a washing machine cleaner through it and then 
a laundry sanitizer and then get on the floor to empty the drain. It still stinks.
