We've had our New LG Washer Top-Loader for a week now and I love it 🥰. It has lots of room. I have done 2 loads so far and I would recommend it!!  Our other washer broke down and we were told it couldn't be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased an LG Washing Machine. It was my first purchase of an LG product, but I was reassured by my daughter that LG products were of excellent quality.  She has had her front loading LG Washing Machine for 20 years, and it is still going strong.  I purchased a top loader without an agitator.  I love how it weighs the clothes so the water level matches the size of the load.  This feature is especially helpful in keeping our water bill under control.  It is very attractive, and I love showing it to my friends.  Laundry day is more enjoyable now.

It just arrived yesterday.  The manual could be more specific on options.  I used the Bedding/Waterproof option as I was washing bedding, however, nothing waterproof.  I do not plan on using that option again and the tub fills to the top and the laundry barely moves even though they only filled the tub 1/2 way before starting the cycle.  It took 2 hours to complete.  The Normal wash cycle works well.  The manual could be more specific in that you DO have an option to change the water temp from the default "warm" to cold by touching the word "cold" while turned on the Normal cycle. It's my 1first impeller washer and I need more time to give a genuine opinion.  Modern appliances take a bit more research before making choices on the type of load you will be doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 weeks of use, we are very happy with this purchase.  It runs well and is very quiet.  I don't know if this is a 'problem' but the detergent/softener dispenser does not drain completely when the cycle is over.  That is the only "issue".  The washer does have ample room and cycles for our use.

LG Machine

I wish we never purchased this. It leaves residue on clothes. We have to fish the chunks out every couple weeks and run the tub clean cycle at least once a week. Even though we do that, we still find small chunks of gunk all over our clothes. Never trusting LG with anything ever again.

If you need an absolute base model with zero bells and whistles this may be the machine for you. It is the base of base models. There isn't even a way to turn off the sound. Which wakes my family as the time I typically run a load is right after bed time.  The Pros: there is NOTHING "SMART"/ WIFI/ AI/ APP about it.  It does wash clothes well but this machine is quite a bit smaller than my previous washing machine.  I've had this machine for 2 weeks and I hate almost everything about it!
