It works well on larger loads but there is too little water on small loads. It needs to have more water level adjustments. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of my clothes in larger loads but some things don't even get wet when you have a small load.

The water levels in some of the wash selections is a joke. Using the Normal selection for small loads is useless, the clothes had barely enough water to get wet let alone wash. I have ended up just using the Deep Wash and Deep fill.  So much for energy saving.

Bouight washer based on excellent reputation.

We previously had an LG brand refridgerator. Very good performance and it lasted 20 years.

We recently needed a new washing machine and our obvious choice was LG.

We're fully satisfied with its quality and performance and we highly recommend

The water levels are not great need to use extra water

Normal setting lacks enough water.  The clothes look llike their getting beaten with the low water level and in some cases the clothes are dry on parts of them.

Don’t bother ordering this online. I have been waiting for mine to be delivered for a month now and the tracking hasn’t moved. When I call about it I keep being lied to about the delivery date, 4 different times to be exact. I have no idea when it will ever show up, very disappointed
