Enjoying the new fridge.  Going from a full size to a counter depth, I was skeptical but it still has lots of space.  Love the inside water dispenser.  The only thing is I wish the upper freezer shelf pushed all the way in when fully open. Sometimes hard to get a bottom back.

We have an older home, and even with installing new kitchen cabinets, the fridge space remained tight.  Our last Fridge last 13 years, and we just got tired with how much it stuck out from the cabinets and encroached on our space.  This fridge fixes it all.  Looks great, fits like it's "custom" and the zero clearance means we could maximize the width.  It is also surprisingly spacious inside for a counter depth model.  Super happy with our purchase

The size is great.  It accommodates all our items we shop for weekly.

No complaints in the first week.  We are liking the space and the functionality so far.  Nicely lit inside.

New Fridge

The fridge itself is nice. Very quiet and good  storage capacity. Wished it was more clear that the power cable comes out from the top of the fridge so you need an extra half inch height clearance in order to feed the cable to the wall outlet. Had to remove the cabinet above the fridge to fit in the slot.

My fridge died. I frantically bought a new fridge over the phone using Face Time. The new fridge works fine. I do however regret not buying a fridge with door handles. The finger slots are too high and too low for us but we still can open the doors. The water has an odd taste and LG states that it is because I have copper and not Pex pipes. There is not a word about this in the manual. I did change to Pex and the problem appears solved. Finally, I have a smudge mark on a door but LG is not responding. It is clearly a manufacturing oversight.

Indifferent post purchase help

We like the fridge. For the countertop depth model it roomy and easy to use. Very quiet. Zero clearance feature works fantastic. The only annoying thing is its doors aren’t aligned by depth at the bottom (on a picture). The installers said it can not be adjusted. Other than that, the fridge is good.

Had issues with the craft ice maker.  LG service is a joke.  Then they ask me to rate them. Someone is getting paid a lot of money for very little work.
