Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. No complaints with the fridge/freezer. Been working smoothly so far. Ice maker is a nifty addition, so that's been nice to have around. Otherwise, I mean, as good as fridges get, I guess? The drawers are actually super good for storing produce, and I've noticed things last suprisingly long in there (much more than our old fridge).

Love our new LG refrigerator/freezer!

Only had it a few weeks but so far it’s been working great. Love the extra space since there are no handles. Have to get used to there being no handles but not having them out ways having to learn a new feature.

Extra space and still flush with the cabinets

Easy clean fingerprint resistant stainless, what a game changer! Fits alot inside. Love the no handle option, modern and works so well to open the door as it is next to a long wall

Great 33” counterdepth

The refrigerator is excellent.  It looks amazing in my kitchen.  I love the french doors and the large, spacious freezer on the bottom.  The fridge has lots of space and excellent set up of shelves.  Highly recommended!

Great service eith delivery

We had a power outage for over 12 hours and the food in the freezer had no issues whatsoever. I love that it has enough space, the only reason I give it 4 stars only is the fact that the shelves seem to be too thin.

Plenty of space, very quiet

The indoor shelves are not wide enough to place a standard 12 dozen egg carton (you can cut the carton in half and they will fit side-by-side). It initially took about a day to start producing ice, but having the large ice tray constantly filled is a major plus over using ice cube trays or indoor ice dispensers.

Not 100% perfect, but pretty close!

Doors don’t close softly, seem rough.
Door dented easily with a jar pressed against it.
Meat tray cracked when a jar fell on it, I hoping to claim warranty on that, hoping this unit will not continue to fall apart.

Fridge

Awful experience ordering an appliance from Sam’s Club. Delivery company, RXO, said I wasn’t home when I had taken the day off work to be there. They left without saying anything and drove past me standing in the driveway. With all the challenges to reschedule the delivery, I cancelled the order and went to another retailer.

Don’t do it
