The fridge was a nice addition to the property. Looks great and more space inside than the one we had before.

Nice fridge.

lg.com/ca

I have been very happy with this refrigerator. I like its efficiency and simplicity

Very good fridge

The fridge itself is nice and quiet, and cold, but I have measured the power consumption to be considerably higher than specified: 1.6kw-hr per day as opposed to the less than 1kw-hr specified on the energy label (344kw-hr per year). I did this test with the fridge and freezer thermostats set to the warmest setting, left the door closed for 2 full days, and made sure the ambient room temperature was 21-22 deg Celsius. For most people this probably is not a big deal but for us this was one of the reasons we purchased this model so we are a bit disappointed.

Nice Fridge, But Uses More Power Than Specified

Purchased to replace a refrigerator in our garage. It's advertised as garage ready. We've had it one week minus a day. So far the jury is out. The refrigerator temperatures vary from below freezing to several degrees above. The temperature dial in the refrigerator is set to the warmest it can go. The freezer compartment acts similar. The temperatures vary. The temperature adjustment knob is stuck, so the temperature cannot be adjusted. Service personnel are coming this week.

The Jury Is Out

A size is not the exact and working fine but don't like that mush

Fridge refrigerator freezer not cold enough

This is the worst refrigerator I have owned. It cannot keep proper temperature on matter what I do. The temperature fluctuates 10 degrees and allows the refrigerator to go into the "danger" zone" of temperatures that will cause food spoilage. I've tried everything and nothing has helped. I never know what the temperature is going to be....I do not recommend this unit to anyone

Lousy Refrigerator

lg.com

^Rich

Product was dead on arrival. Would not cool for two weeks and did all troubleshooting possible. Bought another brand and it work within the first few hours. Disappointed in this fridge.

Dead on areival

I cannot explain how horrible the experience has been trying to get this refrigerator delivered after over 2 months of calls and emails to LG, Sam's Club, and the carrier. Wasted so much time and never received the refrigerator and absolutely no one cared about my time wasted trying to get the refrigerator. Ultimately I had to request a refund. Again horrible customer service all the way around!

Product Never Arrived

The refrigerator does not maintain a safe refrigeration temperature. The temperature control dial seems to be useless

Extremely disappointing

Poor ability to keep temperature at proper loop temperature. Very poor product and I’m sorry i purchased it
