The inclusion of 3 "snap & go" packs came in handy for carrying in our vehicles. For space savers, we find that the cube is more convenient for our household. We stick with these tissues because they are 3 ply and hold up better with heavy use

I have my home and my classroom stocked with Kleenex ultra soft tissues. They are strong enough to prevent a mess even when my students are using them. They are soft enough that when I have to use them more often than usual, my nose is not chapped. I always stock up at the beginning of the school year so I know I am set.

Convenient and in bulk

I love your ultra soft tissues.  They are absolutely the best I have ever used.  They are strong but also so gentle on a sore nose.  But, I will say, I really dislike the new design and colors of the boxes.  Please bring back the old design and colors.

I love kleenex but absolutely hate new box colors and designs. Please bring back the more traditional box colors or at least continue to offer in addition to new ones which are totally unsuitable for those of us who like to coordinate our kleenex boxes with our decor.  The new designs and colors are awful!!!!

Hate new designs and colors

As a mom of daughters with allergies, finding something that is truly soft and effective is very important to me. These Kleenex tissues (3 packs of 10) have been such a relief in our daily routine.
They're gentle on their skin and don't irritate their noses even when they use them constantly. I also love the convenient size — it's perfect to keep in my purse, their backpacks, or the car.
It's the little things that make a big difference when you have kids with allergies. I would definitely repurchase.

I love these tissues! I would rate them a 5 , if the clear plastic dispenser part didn't fail with the past 3 batches we bought within the first few pulls. Bought from different stores locally, in the 14th largest cityi n the US. Getting to the premium product I paid for while keeping the other tissues uncompromised would be ideal.

Perfect with one exception!

Absolutely horrific box designs. Please fire your designer. Your new box designs are UGLY. I will be returning my 4-pack to the store, as I refuse to put anything that ugly in my house. I cannot possibly imagine these going with anyones decor. Between the horrid boxes and the tissues not being as soft or strong as they used to be, I'm done with the Kleenex brand entirely.

Horrific New Box Designs & Poor Quality

I too have been a loyal customer for years. The product softness has significantly decreased. It is now rough. 
If Kleenex is being honest and has not changed their formula and process, then their supplier of raw materials is different or has changed.
Fix this please.

Kleenex Ultra Soft have always been my go to, especially since Puffs now cause me to break out in blisters... But something is wrong. Now all the Ultra soft boxes I buy, aren't ultra soft, they are as harsh as the cheap tissues offered at hospitals and the smell like wet dogs! I understand we're in a pandemic and you are under pressure to deliver, but to charge more for something you claim is ultra soft and to actually pack them with the harshest tissue you make is unacceptable not to mention deceptive! I buy the ultra soft to protect my skin. I pay more expecting that what I'm buying, what's on the label is what I'm actually getting. So very disappointed!!
