Prepare for Sniffle Season

This is the same or comparable product to that I buy at other stores. The boxes don't match our decor, but we have covers to take care of that. Sams Club price saves us money!

Good product at Sam's Prices

I will buy again. Made the switch to Kleenex after years of Members Mark brand. What a difference! MM changed the ply on tissue and it was awful. If they didn't change the ply something definitely change. Thin and rough tissue. Kleenex customer moving forward

Kleenex for the WIN!

I stopped using Kleenex brand years ago because it was always so harsh and shredded if I forgot some in a pocket when washing. This was on sale and thought I'd give it a try. I was very surprised at how much it has improved, and will definitely buy it again.

Improved

Some of the tissues come out of the box as torn and sheets that are too thin. They are very fragile and will come apart. Just rubbing your face or another spot. Poor quality.

Fragile Tissues

Used to buy all the time when there was instant savings. Two of the last few purchases defective. One shipment nearly all of the individual boxes were coming apart and had to tape or glue back together. Last shipment all of the boxes plastic tissue guide pulled loose and you had to dig for the tissues and made the box very messy looking. Plus ugly design on boxes. Probably will not buy in bulk again.

Lacks quality control

Bought these because they in a sale flyer. Some in our family are perfectly fine with these. I'm used to Puffs Plus, which are thicker and only need to use one. So now I buy at Walmart. Sam's used to carry Puffs Plus in the large rectangular box but haven't for quite some time (hint...hint). But other members of the family will buy these.

Not Puffs with Lotion - but a decent value

I’ve used and loved Kleenex tissues for many years, but this current batch has been very disappointing. Since around the COVID timeframe, something seems to have changed. The tissues now feel rough on my skin—definitely not what I would expect from a brand known for softness.

Additionally, it’s difficult to pull out a single tissue without it tearing or separating into a single ply instead of two. I’ve even had to remove them from the box and place them in a separate holder just to use them properly.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’ll be trying a different brand moving forward.

Tissue dust horrible! 3rd time this happened!! MIGHT HAVE TO STOP BUYING THESE!!!!!!!!!

Tissue dust horrible! 3rd time this happened!!

These are thin and scratchy. Not like the Trusted Care everyday clean Kleenex I have purchased in the past at other stores. Don't know if Kleenex has changed this product or if they just put cheaper tissues in the bulk packaging they supply to Sam's Club. Won't buy them again. Awful!!

No longer trust Trusted Care
