This cake was super cute and tasty!!!! My daughter loves Cinnomoroll, My Melody and Kuromi the best but since Hello Kitty was the only character available she wanted it and LOVED it!!!! It was moist, delicious and perfectly decorated!!!!

I ordered the cake on short notice with no issues. It turned out great looks and tastes wise.( the only negative was that the decor/toys weren’t included) Great value for the cost. We will continue to buy our cakes and cupcakes from sams. I highly recommend!

Hello Kitty cuteness

Ordered this cake for daughters birthday only to find out they didnt have the toys available for the design so i ended up with a different Hello Kitty image and design but its ok.

They did good with the requests I asked, as far as where to put the happy birthday. I didn’t think there would have been enough space on top, but there was. It was missing the sprinkles around the bottom. I didn’t notice until l left or would have asked them to please do so when I picked it up.

Cake is always moist but the topper  toys are replaced with 3 rings without telling me. We are expecting toys for my girl

I was really excited to pick up my niece’s birthday cake since it was meant to be a special surprise for her. Unfortunately, I ended up being the one surprised—and not in a good way. When I arrived, the image on the cake was already lifting, and the sprinkles looked messy and poorly done.

I was told that if I wanted it fixed, they would have to make an entirely new cake, which would take more time. That completely defeated the purpose of pre-ordering in advance. I didn’t have the time to wait, so I had no choice but to take it as-is.

Overall, it was really disappointing, especially for such an important occasion. I had higher expectations given that I planned ahead, and I hope they improve their quality control and preparation process.

Disappointing Pre-Order Experience

Mine came with no toys. I just noticed it says no writing on the placing order page.. maybe don’t do the writing but it would of been nice to get the toys I paid for and was expecting. Doesn’t even look like a hello kitty cake

Not happy

cake was not as shown in the picture.  and there was no one to make it right.manager only offered a refund, but what good is that and party in 2 hours.
