I am very happy so far, it froze quickly and is very quiet. It did come with a small dent but I needed immediately so I couldn’t return. It seemed like it was packed well so maybe it was deliveries fault. It does not affect the look or working condition. Size is perfect for what I need, color matches my other appliances, door closes flush, the only problem I had was the 3 stickers, they were awful it get off and left a residue. Other than that very pleased.

Great product

walmart.com

nice little freezer. just the right size for an apartment. love the color also.

nice freezer

I love the freezer, the color is great and ordering online with free delivery was great, delivered right to my door

Chest freezer

Works great, got super cold really fast, quiet,

Wonderful gift from my grandma

Works great came in perfect condition and it was what I needed to complete my kitchen

Must buy

Looks really nice and works great, deceptively roomy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a small dent on the bottom of the freezer, but other than that, 10/10.

Just like the rest, arrived dented. I realize it is not the manufacturer nor Walmart's fault, but sure would be nice to receive a "new" product instead of one dented in shipping.

Like the rest, arrived dented.

Ordered May 29, 2025. I just realized that they delivered a Frigidaire deep freezer but the Hamilton Beach deep freezer is on the Walmart app. February 11, 2026, I woke up to NO freezer. The freezer cut off overnight and never came back on. My food was defrosted. I'm very disappointed because the freezer isn't a year old. I like a refund or exchange plus food replacement, mainly meats.

dented all up when it arrived. do not buy online, go to store
