This is a current model of my previous Office Jet 8030 series. Love that machine. This 9125e model is substantially improved in copy, scan, fax and more. Not only does the unit warn low ink… but low on paper too! Print quality is excellent - paper and photo quality too. At home use, at home affordable low cost, high quality output. 
Along with HP Instant Ink, a best bet at a great price!

I've had mostly good experience with HP printers however the earlier models (10 years back) were more solidly built and didn't use as much plastic.  My previous HP 8025 and this current 9125e, the paper trays are very flimsy in my opinion... if not careful when pulling them to load paper, you could break the end of the tray which I did on my previous 8025 model. I also don't like the fact that there isn't a paper adjusting slider inside the tray in the front of both these models, only for the sides of the paper (not a plus).  The biggest complaint about this 9125e model is how LOUD it is each time it's sits idle and when you're ready to print something... it goes thru it's automatic cartridge adjustment internally and is makes a very loud banging sound like there's something ready to go inside!  Would be nice to have a "quiet" printer... this model by far is the loudest I've had but everything runs as it should, color quality is reasonable, digital display is a nice, visible size.  I did refer to YouTube for help setting up this printer to my WiFi... found a good tutorial that was much easier to follow than the info from HP's website.

9125e some good, some bad

I have bought HP products for over 30 years starting with the HP 12C calculator, then PCs and printers. This new HP OJ Pro 9125e is OK but does not match the quality of our previous 8600 ink jet which failed after a reasonable number of years. After my Spectre PC's battery failed I bought a new Spectre PC which shows defects when I type emails and is inferior to the previous Spectre. I regret to write that HP products are decreasing in quality and reliability. This will be ok until it no longer is and long time clients like me migrate to other brands. HP used to be the gold standard.

HP OJ Pro 9125e AIO 3 Mo In Ink

This printer is not consistent placing the ink on the paper. I have to constantly adjust the margins on files. The printer does not have the capability to adjust to all the paper size formats that I use. Not happy with this printer.

Printer faults

I have tried two days in a row, working with HP technicians to get landline fax software installed on my computer, with no success. The HP technicians have taken up a considerable amount of my time. The second day the HP technician abandoned me and I have not heard from them since.

Dissatisfied

I've gone through 3 of these printers in the past 2 months because they keep dropping from my laptop/phone. They say they are connected to the network/internet, but aren't. One of them would work for 1 print and then you would have to go and unplug/replug the printer in. I had to return 2 different ones to Sam's Club. Stay far away from.

Absolute Garbage

This is the WORST HP we have ever had!!  Beware!!  Shrinkflation ink cartridges!!!! I had to replace them 3 times in one month.... Go buy an Epson, seriously!!!!  HP the company provided NO solution!  They were terrible to deal with!  When it was all said and don't; we were out $600 in a month... Bought an Epson, and have no problems what so ever.

BEWARE

DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION! when you cancel the subscription, the printer is useless. you cannot use it with the regular ink cartridge. you HAVE to buy HP ink which is the cost of another printer!!! TOTAL SCAM!!

If we could give it zero...we would. I know it is cheap, but DO NOT BUY! It will not last long and they refuse to help you, unless you pay and Sam's will not do anything. I truly do not know how HP stays in business. All their printers seem pretty bad, if you read different reviews. Now, I have to buy another one. Not hp though

Horrific

I purchased this printer on 9/30/2024 and the ink cartridges was damaged. HP sent me a new set of ink cartridges which still didn't work and now I have to replaced the "printhead" which arrived 10/15/2024. This has been a horrible experience. I have a HP Officejet 5740 series which gave me no problem since the day i purchased it(still have). If this don't work I am returning and buying another brand.
