A decent freezer for the price.  It is small enough that it fit into the back of my Outback (on its side).  I waited the 24 hours before plugging it in.  It cooled quickly and I haven't heard it make a noise.

So far, so good

This freezer was easy to set up, and holds an extraordinary amount of food.  I'm not close to the coldest setting and the food is staying at -4° (F).

Wonderful Performance/Terrific Space

This is the ideal size freezer for our family of three.  It is compact but holds quite a bit of food.  The black color makes it look stylish.  It even has wheels that makes moving it a breeze.  So far it is working great.  Hopefully it will continue working great for many years.

Nice compact freezer

Does exactly what we needed it to do. Fits in corner of the garage. Doesn't take up much space. Super quiet and stands up to Florida heat. Excellent freezer for storing breast milk in large quantities. Picked up in-club so can't speak to delivery/shipping but the unit is packed very well with lots of foam and is snug in the box. If you have to tip the unit for whatever reason, make sure you wait the full 24 hours before plugging in. 

The only "downside" is that it's not a fully open rectangle on the inside. It has a small step up where all the components are housed. Not a deal breaker. Just need to be creative when packing. Haven't had to defrost yet, but it's a manual process... Aka scrape by hand.

Workhorse of a Freezer. Great Buy!

This has been a great purchase. I purchased in the winter, so I am hoping that the freezer is "garage ready" as it states, for when the Utah summer begins. It doesnt have a real strong seal, but I will wait and see how it holds through the high heat. Perfect size.

Solid Freezer

So far so good.
Only have had for 2 weeks but seems to b doing the job. Very easy to get started . Took out of the box  and plugged it in overnight before I added and food— it was cold cold the next morning.
Put my food in and within 6 hours the food was frozen .  I wanted an upright but couldn’t find one at reasonable price - this chest model is very easy to get to all your items - it easy to reach the bottom of the chest  without any effort other than to bend over.

Great little freezer.

Item came pretty quick. But came damaged. Dents on the top and 2 main sides. Plus it seemed like it had leaked some type of liquid. Purchase in store vs delivery so you can see how banged up the box is prior to purchase. After looking at more reviews would have skipped it.

Good price , FedEx damaged two different  freezers. Rolled to my door and left upside down. Sam's says I cannot return. I believe Sam's purposely makes it hard to speak to actual person in customer service.

I wanted to share my experience with Sam.com. When the chest freezer arrived from the warehouse, it appeared to have been previously returned. As a result, I am hesitant to place future orders through Sam.com, and my family shares this sentiment. I apologize for providing this feedback, but I felt it was important to share my concerns about the product's condition.

Warehouse Scheme

Worked for one week then stopped cooling. Lost over $200 in meat and probably another $200 since this item has to be returned to manufacturer at my expense
