I use this on a monthly basis to keep our drains from clogging. I cannot give an honest opinion if your drain is clogged but it keeps ours free thus far.

Keeps Drains Open

Folks, this drain cleaner does exactly what it is supposed to do - clear clogged drains! To be honest, the two major brands (Drano and Liquid Plumber) are both very fine products that work as advertised.. I buy both brands, depending on what Sam's has available, to get a much better price from a warehouse club than paying double the price per ounce at my local grocery store..

Clears clogged drains quickly!

Better to buy this product to have on hand if you have occasional drain problems. It works great and it's cheaper to buy this way rather than a single bottle. It won't go bad.

Great product for unexpected drain problems

Use this product when drain is clogged.  It works great and is septic safe.  The price at Sam's Club is very good.

Drano Max Ultra Gel

this product works phenomenally, but I wish there was a clear strip on the side so you can see how much product you are using/how much is remaining. instructions tell you to use 1/5th of the bottle, but how are you supposed to know when you're pouring when to stop?

Does what it claims. My wife and daughter seem to leave hair everywhere.. and down every drain. Totally did the trick.

As good as advertised!

I haven't had any luck with this product. I have used both bottles in my tub drain and it still doesn't drain well.

No luck using Drano

Did not clear sink clog, had to purchase a better solution.

High hopes but zero results in three bathroom sink drains. Treated the drains multiple times with the Drano but it made zero difference. Flushed out the Drano and used a toilet plunger to clear the blockage. Problem solved.

The sinks drain fine now.
