My son wanted these after learning about them in school. He is 12 and very smart. We love these and did a blind taste test. We can not tell the difference.

Same great taste - zero harmful dyes

I am so impressed by these hot Cheetos!!! We've been asking for a recipe without Red40 for the LONGEST time and it's finally here and I PRAY IT STAYS! I've been eating hot Cheetos since the 90s and let me tell you, I was so happy to taste these because the taste BETTER if not the same! I was worried because I've heard others think it tastes off, and it absolutely does not. We need to get away from Red40 people. This recipe offers you a win win, no Red40 and the same great taste. I'd love the see a XX version of this because I like it SPICY, but this is just like the regular hot Cheetos. LOVE THESE!

OMG AMAZING!!!

Tastes exactly like the original version, maybe even a little better, but they don't leave your fingers bright red. Less mess, less junk but same great taste. 1 household member has an allergy to red 40 and was thrilled to be able to try these. The other teen said they taste better than the original. I enjoyed them. They sold out in 1 day at our Walmart so I hope they restock soon.

Excellent taste w/o the junk

I ordered it bc I saw it on TikTok. Came damaged, but I bought a new one in store %26 OMGGG! I'm a hot Cheetos addict. However i had to stop bc of the red 40. %26 only bought tiny bags once a month (I have no control lol) When I say these taste the EXACT same. I mean the EXACT SAME!! Never remove these. You guys should've done this sooner. Wow thank you to whoever presented this idea at the corporate office. Healthier , better, delicious.

EXACT SAME, RUN don't walk!!!

After learning that my anaphylactic attack was due to Red 40 food dye, I immediately had to learn and teach my family about its importance in food.
WE ARE A SPICY HOT CHEETOS FAMILY!! This new no dye option is AMAZING because they taste the same, crunch has not changed, and the spice is LIVING! Thank you so much!!!! Awesome! (We've also tried the Doritos and Cheetos puffs and they also have the same old, great taste indeed.)

Amazing flavor and texture, NO DYE!!! ;) TY!

I thought people on Tik Tok were exaggerating when they said this tastes exactly the same as the original hot Cheetos but it really does!! I hope they keep this dye free option forever! The bag is also not half empty like most bags of chips. It's filled to the very top. 10/10!

SLAY

My family tries to eat on the healthier end but it's hard when some of the best snacks have Red dyes and other bad ingredients. We saw these and thought to try them since they are red dye free. My daughter and I think they taste them same as the original. She said she thought they might be a little spicier. But I thought they seemed the same as the regular bags.

I'm happy to support this line of chips since I know it's not causing my kids to eat harmful chemicals.

They taste good. The kids were so excited to get them. Thanks for making them available Walmart!

Taste great! No red dyes!! Yay!

Coming from a family of difference in opinions on the original flamin hots. My 2 daughters who absolutely love the original flamin hot both agree that they love this one way better than the one with the additive. Now my son, husband and I all hate flamin hot Cheetos but we tried this and we actually loved it!!! Never did I think I would buy flamin hot Cheetos to keep stocked in our house but I actually will!

This is easily the best in the NKD lineup. It tastes just about exactly the same thing!!! And how they did it while having removed MSG is incredible. I can't recommend this one enough. Sure, it doesn't leave your fingers full of red powder and doesn't look as exciting but none of that matters to me - in fact these are better this way imo. I had stopped eating this for a long time for various reasons and I am so happy that I get to comfortably try these out again and will easily be in my must buy. The only thing that would make this legendary is if it sells enough that they are willing to try switching to avocado oil, thus nothing would beat these chips at that point. But all in all, I am currently happy with this and it is an easy 5 star. It is worth a try, especially if you had sensitivity to MSG. I would be sad if they stopped selling these

I'm back to eating one of my favorites

These have the same flavor as the original Flamin' Hot Cheetos, although the flavor is less pronounced than the original. I was trying to figure out why. I realized the removal of the flavor enhancers causes the flavor of the chip itself to be more pronounced, making the flavor of the powdered coating weaker. However, the spice is there and the taste is very similar to the original. These are a great option for people who want to reduce artificial dyes and artificial flavors in their diet. I will be buying these again.

Same taste, a bit muted, but a lot healthier :)

I love how no more nasty red cheesy fingers with these. I thought I ordered NKD crunchy cheetos and didn't realize they are the hot ones. I can eat only two before my mouth is on fire. I don't like hot stuff but these are addicting for me. Great flavor but HOT! To tone the heat down I tried eating gold fish crackers and that did not help the heat. I eat two to three then gulp ice water and wait a few minutes before eating more. I tried chocolate kisses to tone down the heat and that did not work. Ice water helped some but not 100%. They make your nose run. Not sure what makes the heat but the company needs to tones it down some and put a heat meter on the bag. Wooo they are making me sweat
