Ease Of Cleaning

Works much better than the old one it replaced. Different brand, so that it is all on it. This one is fast, relatively quiet and brews better tea. I use several dufferent loose leaf teas, so no paper or mesh to interfer with the process or change the flavor. Clean up is easy, even though i am using loose leaf, a couple of taps on the basket and it's empty.

Great Tea Maker

Best purchase for the year! I make iced tea daily, now I can make every other day with my favorite Smith iced tea from Portland OR and no longer have to worry about timing for steeping purposes. Have tried other brands but it just didn't taste the it should

Best purchase so far for 2022

Makes good iced tea, only downfall I see is having to use almost a full pitcher of ice to make it. So I put a 10lb. Bag of ice in outside freezer to remedy that. Haven’t tried iced coffee yet, only green and black tea. Worth sale price, don’t know if I would spend regular price ($55) on it or not.

Good iced tea!

The glass pitcher broke the first week. I stirred the ice tea with a wooden spoon and it busted. I found a replacement plastic pitcher. The glass is a very bad idea. Very thin

Bad pitcher but great machine

Overall I like it but its a bit cheap. When I fill the water reservoir it leaks at first. Why, I dont know. It does make good iced tea. I like that the pitcher is glass.

Not that great

Really liked this until it started leaking in several places. I do think it was just a fluke thing and would consider repurchasing.

Great idea

Just received today and the on button doesn't work. The glass pitcher is terribly thin so it's bound to bust. This unit is decent looking but is over-priced. Returning.

Bought this for my wife used it once the second time I used it all the hot water leaked out the bottom the machine can not be turned off so you half to pull the plug

Wouldn’t buy this

Poured water in reservoir. Pushed start button and water started leaking from everywhere underneath.

Do not buy. Cheaply made

When this was received there was a part that was broken. I called and they sent a new part ….that is broken! Not worth the money!
