The best hominy ever.  As it says in the comercial "frijoles bush's gringo pero bueno"  It is true.  The grains are totally clean.  They don’t have the black spot - I don’t know its name - and the texture is puffy and delicious.  Don’t hesitate to spend a couple of dollars more IT’S WORTHY. I just add them 5 min before the pozole was done and it absorbed alll the flavor of the broth.

BUSH'S White Hominy is one of the best Hominys and Brands i have tried. I used these brand because I wanted to try something new for my Pozole and let me tell you, BOMB!!! they weren't too hard or too soft just the right amount and mixed right in with my Pozole like its been there since day 1. One thing that I didn't like was that it does dry out alittle in my pozole.
