I had been thinking about getting a bidet seat for quite a while, so I decided to go for it recently.  I'm very happy with the performance of this unit, and I'm a new fan of the bidet seat experience! It provides a nice, gentle, and relaxing session that makes me smile. I'm also impressed with the price point of this unit, as it is significantly less than a certain Japanese brand. Overall, I rated this seat/bidet with five stars for features, price, and user friendliness.  Finally, it was very simple to install, and the instructions were concise and clear.

BB-2000...where have you been all my life?

Used to travel regularly to Tokyo, and have really missed the features of their toilets. The Japanese are all about cleanliness and hygiene. This product provides that... and a lot more. Installation is simple...took hardly half an hour. Would recommend first watching the short video from the website, however.

Replacement for 4 year.  Warranty honored, then replacement had 1 issue. Prompt attention and now this works like a charm especially the automatic seat opener which opens GENTLY and seat always warm and spray has been adjusted to washing and cleaning perfection.  Although this bidet is a little pricier than some of the others I would recommend because this product has a 5 year warranty and most others have a 1 or 3 year warranty.

3 times a charm

This install was a no-brainer. It provided easy to follow instructions and i had it up and working in an hour. My gf is very impressed with the UV and water sterylizer. But the automatic lid opening when entering the bathroom is a luxury i didnt know i wanted until i tried it. Then sitting on a pre-warmed seat is obscenely pleasurable. But wait! Not many people know of its secret constipation reliever. Im not joking. I started reading, as a matter of habit, the entire instruction booklets that come with a new product. That valuable tidbit of info was a surprise though ive yet to have the presumed pleasure of the remedy.

UV light sterylizer clinches this nominatiom

I am glad to have this bidet as it works very well for its purpose but there are a few disappointments:  the remote should have backlighting for night use;  it should be save-programable for a couple of users;  and, i find the seat puts me too close to the front of the toilet bowl.  That said, i would buy it again as it functions very well for its purpose and the user-controlled features work well.

This bidet works very well but

I have only had this for one week. It was relatively easy to install and setup and was working fine until yesterday when the remote control lost the settings. I got it set back up the way I had it and so far it is still working. Crossing my fingers that is the only glitch.

One small problem I hope

Rating of 4 stars, but actually should be 4.5 because of a few minor issues.
1. The strips that hold the assembly in location on the bowl are not robust enough, and are small concerning surface area. The bolts are tightened, but the assembly can be moved on the bowl. It MAY take some time for the assembly to "settle in and grab on", but we will see.
2. The second item is the temperature control. On a unit of this price, the temp should be able to be set with more adjustments other than Low, Medium, and High. Temperature setting should be adjustable in 1 degree increments.

4.5 stars

The eco feature supposedly save energy & keep the seat luke warm, but it does not.  The remote control is the most frustrating thing, there's no backlight on the buttons or on the screen.  At night when you use the toilet, you cant see anything so you have yo turn the light on to be able to see to use the remote control.  The air dry blowing feature is weak, does not dry you all the way dry even though it runs for 2 minutes.  And lastly, the night light is on the outside of the seat rather than inside lighting up the entire toilet bowl like the Bemis brand I have.

Nice but not great

This unit is a Flagship but fails to clean double the toilet paper use it's not wide enough to clean it does have plenty of power but no water to go with it you get hit with cold water after it runs and starts up.  YOu get hit with cold every time. It water doesn't make sense to get hit by 55°  water.   No light on remote. Can a person drill out the nozzle to allow more water to flow good question for engineering.

Peels the skin off without enough water  to clean

I had a BB 1000 for 8 years and couldn't be happier. The BB 200 is a disappointment, although well made and presented, the controls are not up to scratch. The seat configuration feels different from the BB 1000 and the controls are less flexible in moving the spray to find your bottom. Wiggle as much as I can, it took precious time to find the magic spot. The normal male spray is good but the vertex is a disappointment. Thats why I b ought the BB 2000; as an older man I need it more, but alas it doesn't seem to do the job of its earlier version the BB 1000. And you still can't sit on the cover!
