Ease Of Use

Everything about it is great keep my food hot and warm tight lid I will take it with me if I go camping

If you have some chicken and rice dumpling love it

Bentgo

I got this for my big kid but I'm going to primarily use it for work my work lunches! It's really nice and perfect size for a lot of food!

Looks nice and functional

Hold heat excellently! But 1 lid is hard to open!
Might be a defect

Great

The exterior design is good but we found water is trapped inside the lid and there is no way it can be opened. Appreciate if there is some support or guidance on the website can be found easily. Am afraid there is mould when water strap inside for a long time.

Good exterior design but water trap in lid

The workmanship was good. The photo was a little misleading as it shows contents of item much higher in container than the screw on lid actually allows.

capacity issue

Initially it was quite good for my sons lunch but then when there is food left in the container which then lodges itself in the lid it can be difficult to clean. I like others as it appears have became frustrated with the container being difficult to clean. Apart from being difficult to put back on, the constant removing of the seal caused it to start tearing. Now I'm not sure what to do and whether or not I need to find another solution for my sons lunch container

Bentgo Stainless Container difficult to clean

The lid was too hard to open. I ordered two of these and was unable to open the lid. We tried to open it, and the lid handle broke. This is not well designed at all.

Not recommended

I would not purchase again. One of the two lids is FILLED with water. Not a drop or two, when shaken all you hear is water. I have tried countless times to even get ONE DROP out and it's like it sealed itself in the lid. I emailed customer service through the Bentgo manufacturer 7 days ago and have received NO response.

Bought three of them, washed them and two of them have water stuck in the lid that I can't get out and won't dry out. I had to throw them out.

Water in the lid

I stupidly purchased two of these. Both of my kids came home and said that their lunches were cold. I have tried a few more times and same results everytime. Also the gold color is peeling off. So ugly. And useless.

Doesn't keep food hot.
