Ordered these for my son’s birthday party. They ended up being out of chocolate cupcakes, but communicated that in a timely and professional manner. They ended up adjusting the order, per my request, to just add chocolate icing on a couple of the cupcakes instead. Everyone loved them!

Great Customer Service

The colored icing turned out to be red. I thought it was orange. But everything else was good and cupcakes tasted good.

I purchased 150 cupcakes customized basketball cupcakes. They were shown in the picture as orange and white frosting with basketball candied pieces they came red and white which messed up our color theme for my basketball banquet which was orange, black and gold. I was soooo disappointed.

Misleading customized pictures

Per phone calls & ordering online, when I arrived to pick up my order, the order could not be found. When my order was finally found my "basketball" cupcakes had no basketballs. It was for a themed "basketball" baby shower for my granddaughter. Never have I experienced this type of disappointment. That was all my granddaughter had requested & I couldn't deliver.

So Disappointed

Baking associates were terrible. Weren’t helpful when ordering and asking to customize. We chose basketballs. When my husband went to pick it up they had no decorations because they ran out of basketballs (mind you this was for my 4 year old’s bday party) and they never called to tell us. They handed him bare cupcakes and he requested decor/toppings. She handed him the Spider-Man toppings to put on ourselves. He had to ask them to do it which is crazy, rude and lazy

Terrible experience

I put in my order 2 weeks in advance for a birthday party I was hosting for my niece. One of the workers called my boyfriend the morning of at 9:20( even though I put my contact info on the order) stating they didn't have vanilla flavor, and he advised them he would give me a call to let me know and that I would be calling that number back to speak with her. I called the number a minimum of 10 times.....no response. The cupcakes were supposed to be ready by 9 am. I arrived at 11 to pick up the cupcakes and they weren't even made!!!! Mind you the party was to start at 12!!! I hade to get the premade Halloween cupcakes that were sitting at the front that didn't go with the birthday theme at all!! It was just very unprofessional and last minute. Every time I order from the bakery there is a problem!

I didn’t get what I ordered.  I placed a special order and didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointed!
