Since I changed my diet, I look for good proteins from sources other than the normal foods such as pasta. I have tried other brands, but Barilla protein pasta is the best tasting with the true pasta texture I have had. Please do not stop carrying this item.

My favorite pasta

Used the rotini for pasta salad.  Haven't tried the penne yet.  Wasn't able to tell the difference between the regular pasta which I usually buy and this extra protein pasta.

Love the taste and texture! This rotini has replaced our usual noodles for our spaghetti! Price is unbelievable in a great way! Get great taste, protein, and save money. Win!

Yummy and priced the best

Our first time purchasing Protein plus pasta by barilla. We cooked the pasta a little longer than to give us the softer consistency. We ended up eating a half a serving because it filled us up faster. We did not notice any taste difference. We would definitely purchase this product again.

Pasta to help meet your daily protein needs!

This pasta is really helpful to my need for lower carb, higher protein meals.  It has a perfectly al dente texture, and it isn't grainy or mealy in texture.   Perfect for mac and cheese, and also pasta salad.   It tastes better with tomato sauce than regular whole wheat pasta.

Good taste and texture.

We love this pasta in our house.  My husband is Type 1 diabetic, and sees significantly less blood sugar spike after eating this pasta than normal pasta.  I also prefer feeding this to our 3 year old - getting protein in a toddler's diet can be hard!  This pack is significantly cheaper than buying at the grocery store, and my only suggestion for improvement is to carry the angelhair shape as well!  We'd happily stock up on that at Sams rather than the grocery store too.

This protein pasta is the best and if you buy individual in other stores you will pay more! I make Turkey Spaghetti and Alfredo pasta and it’s always a hit. With this pasta you get good protein and fiber and I really wish Sam’s Club would carry it the store instead of only online!

Pasta

I liked their regular pasta but my doctor said this would be a good alternative choice for a healthier diet. I gave it a try and it’s not bad. Flavor is equal texture not as firm.

A healthier alternative to regular pasta

My 89 year old grandmother loves protein pasta. Placed and order for this brand and told her because she lives 2,546 miles away. She said she prefers the other brand. I canceled order through Sam’s Club New AI CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were pleasant efficient and confirmed the cancellation.  This was sent and I was billed for it. Sam’s Club is not trustworthy.
