The perfect item to grill, pan fry or broil for you and your guests. <h3>Recipe: Mediterranean-Spiced Lamb Chops</h3> Lamb chops are the centerpiece of this easy recipe, rubbed with a simple mixture of fresh lemon zest and herbs. While the chops cook, complete the meal with a five-minute couscous, tossed with chickpeas and pistachios. This beautiful meal is ready in 25 minutes, and makes a perfect summer family dish. Ingredients <ul> <li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li> <li>1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence</li> <li>2 tablespoons grated lemon zest</li> <li>8 lamb loin chops (about 1-inch thick each)</li> <li>1 ¼ cups chicken broth or water</li> <li>1 cup uncooked couscous</li> <li>1 cup rinsed drained canned chickpeas</li> <li>2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts</li> <li>2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves</li> </ul> Directions <ol> <li>Heat a grill pan over high heat until smoking.</li> <li>While the grill is heating, stir the oil, Italian seasoning and half the lemon zest in a small bowl.</li> <li>Season the lamb with salt and pepper.</li> <li>Rub the oil mixture on the lamb and let stand for 15 minutes.</li> <li>Add the lamb chops onto the grill pan and sear for about 5 minutes.</li> <li>Turn the lamb over and cook for 5 minutes more or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium. GREAT PRODUCT BUT BE CAREFUL OF PRICING!!!!

PRICING ON SAMSCLUB.COM IS TOTALLY UNDERSTATED

Let me just start by saying. Go into ur local sams and talk to the meat department urself. Tell them how many lbs u want. I ordered this box. 5.48 a lb they have 97,xx a box so any person would assume ok roughly 17/18 lbs would be in there. WRONG. They brought me a  box over 30 lbs and charge me over 170 dollars. I called, the lady didn't give me a solution so I returned it. BTW, a solution could of easy been " bring the box in the meat department will take out the excess lbs and make it as close to 97.00 as possible. But no. To prevent this from happening again. Either give the customers package/ lbs to choose from online or list it as 97 and UP, so customers know it's a possibility of them paying more. Or better yet when the box is over the price shown have the meat department adjust the weight to the price shown or yet! Call the customer to them them know the random 97 dollars yall have posted is now 200 would they like to proceed.

Here at Kenosha they have it in store and they denied it to me on my online purchase, they even took it of the system of the app for it can’t be available to purchase online, it’s very disappointed of the workers involved in this
