I purchased and just recieved.  It was very easy to put the wheels on and it came with the correct amount of oil (1.1l) to quickly add to the generator.  After connecting the battery (through a connector), I added gas, hit the start switch and on the second try of the auto start, it fired right up.  I was impressed that it started so quickly right out of the box.  The remote start works great and I was able to start it from the comfort of my house.

Amazing, followed the instructions and when I was ready pushed the button on key fob and she busted right off. Went through several different loads always showed between 242 and 243 volts no matter what appliance was energized. Very happy with my purchase.

Remote Started for Initial Commissioning

I have been researching generators for over a year and now have decided due to an abundance of power outages at my home that this would be the time to get one. This WGen 9500c was the perfect fit for my needs as well as affordability. I added an Interlock kit to my main entrance panel and the outside plug as well. I am now confident that the next outage will not be so worrisome especially in wintertime. Everyone should consider an alternative power source for their home.

It does it all

I bought the 9500c generator a couple months ago. It is very simple to assemble, they provided the oil,  funnel and tools to get it started. The push button start works great.  My wife used the remote start key fob inside and outside house.  This feature is a mobility saver since my wife is disabled.  She has the freedom to start and stop the generator if she leaves the house.  The generator is very quiet.  A couple weeks after I received it, I lost power for 3 days, powered the whole house.  It is a must have.  I would definitely recommend!!!

I bought this generator due to a major storm knocking out the power. It's been 9 days and still no power. The generator is great! It's easy to set up and runs great! So happy with this purchase! I highly recommend!

A Great Generator It's Been a Life Saver!

Purchased mine 6-30-26 for hurricane season preparations and so far im happy with the initial start up and easy to use. Seems solid and easy to use and should stand to last a while.

Hurricane Season

We bought this last month after a huge wind storm leaving us without power for 3 days. A neighbor helped us with the decision because he has the same model and it worked like a charm for his family. The Quick Start Guide relieved my worry as it's a piece of cake to set up and run. Dang, it's a heavy bugger and getting the wheels and feet on takes 2 people, but it's done!

Easy setup.  Hookup was straight forward.  Freight packaging was secure delivering peace of mind that our generator arrived in perfect condition.  We tested power strength capabilities on all our desired home utilities.  No issues.  We are confident that when power goes out next time we will be comfortable and all our appliances will be protected.
