The Champion Power Equipment 201438 10,000-Watt Tri-Fuel Portable Natural Gas Ready Generator with CO Shield® is a reliable source of power with the flexibility you need. When you are not running your generator on natural gas, you also have the option of operating it on gasoline or propane. The ability to operate your generator on three types of fuel out of the box makes this one of the most versatile generators on the market. The fuel select dial allows you to safely select gasoline, propane (LPG), or natural gas (NG) as your fuel source. Using natural gas, the engine produces 10,000 starting watts and 8000 running watts. To connect this generator to your home’s natural gas source, this generator includes a 25-foot NG hose kit, which includes a female quick connect and a female flare by male NPT adapter fitting. Using gasoline, the 500cc Champion engine produces 12,500 starting watts and 10,000 running watts, and will run for 8 hours at 50% load when the 7.7-gallon fuel tank is full. When using a 20-pound propane tank with included 6-foot propane hose assembly, it produces 11,250 starting watts and 9000 running watts, and will run for 3 hours at 50% load. The electric start includes a battery, plus Cold Start Technology ensures quick cold-weather starts. With a 1.4-quart oil capacity, this unit has a low oil shut-off sensor and includes engine oil – all you need is fuel! Purchased the champion power generator, preparing for bad weather here in Tennessee will be hooking the generator up to the gin link unit just inside my electrical meter 10 link was connected generator was pulled out and started up on the first try powered my house with everything on AC heater electric oven, lights throughout the house microwave kept the power running we tested it for one hour. Everything seemed to work just fine. I am looking forward to bad weather when it arrives, i will just move the Champion Generator out fire it up and go back in a Safe and Warm Lighted inside and outside Home.

I purchased this generator to power 95% of my home during a power outage. Excellent product with multiple safety features built in. Being Tri-Fuel, I should always have fuel whenever I need it. This is my third Champion Generator and I am pleased with all of them,

Great Purchase

I bought this to power my whole house when we lose power. It was easy to unbox follow yh quick start guide and power it up. It just works out of the box, and is easy. The product is well made and for the size is relatively quite. I would highly recommend this product.

It Just Works - So Easy

This is a well built, capable generator. It is not an invertor generator so the noise created is a bit more than you might want for a public setting like a food truck or vendor tent at a fair. For power outages and construction this is the perfect fit.

Work Horse

Got my Champion generator when the power went out. I saved all of our frozen food in the freezer.  You con't wrong with a Champion Generator.

I hook my generator to the house natural gas.

I bought this the other day and I did a trial run. It worked great and perfect for what I need. Also I love that it has a trifuel feature.

Great product!

It's perfect to power up essentials during an outage. Hurricane or snowstorm: saves the day. Best part: immediate hook-up as i have a hard gas line out to my grill with a quick releaae hook-up.

Great features and power.

I purchased this for whole home backup. I was able to power my entire home with this generator without any issues. I was able to also power other items at the same time. It was a little louder than I was expecting, however in the event of an outage I will handle my needs.
